DO NOT MAIL ANY REGISTRATIONS AFTER TUESDAY, AUGUST 19.
Entry fee must accompany application form. Payment must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. The waiver must be signed! Should you register early and find yourself unable to compete for any reason, you must notify us at least 60 days prior to the event, and you will receive a refund of your entry fee (not including any online processing fees) minus a $30 fee. USAT RULE
USA Triathlon has mandated that “All age group athletes must participate and compete in the age group division corresponding to the athlete’s age on DECEMBER 31 of the year of the event.” When registering, please use the AGE you will be ON DEC 31, 2008.
Additional Important Notes
- This race is limited to 600 participants.
- Bib numbers are not transferable
- Packet-pick up will be on Saturday, August 23rd from 10:00am – 3:00pm at Lake Catamount
- There will be NO race day packet pick-up
- There will be no refunds after June 24, 2008
USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event
In accordance with USA Triathlon requirements all competitors must have a USAT license. To obtain an annual license, which is $39.00, visit their website at: www.usatriathlon.org. A one day license is also available for $10.00 per person, and can be paid for at the time of registration.
USAT members must present their membership card along with a valid photo ID at packet pick-up, or they will be required to purchase a one day license. If you have recently purchased an annual membership, you may go the USA Triathlon website and print a temporary card which will suffice for the event.
You may apply the $10.00 you pay for a one day license to the annual fee if you send in a copy of a cancelled check and/or the receipt from the one day license.
