A Benefit for

USAT RULE

USA Triathlon has mandated that “All age group athletes must participate and compete in the age group division corresponding to the athlete’s age on DECEMBER 31 of the year of the event.” When registering, please use the AGE you will be ON DEC 31, 2008.

Boulder Triathlon Series

TThe Boulder Peak Triathlon is the second of three races comprising the 2008 Boulder Triathlon Series. The other two are the 5430 Sprint Triathlon on June 15, and the 5430 Long Course Triathlon on August 10. A special Boulder Triathlon Series registration package rate is available for all three races.

There will be $16,000 in cash and gift certificates from sponsors for the top age group finishers in the Series. For more information and entry forms, please visit: Boulder Triathlon Series.

Additional Important Notes

• The event is limited to the first 1,650 entrants
• Bib numbers are not transferable
• Packet-pick up will be on Saturday, July 19th from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Boulder Reservoir
• There will be NO race day packet pick-up
• There will be no refunds after May 20, 2008

USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event

In accordance with USA Triathlon requirements all competitors must have a USAT license. To obtain an annual license, which is $39.00, visit their website at: www.usatriathlon.org. A one day license is also available for $10.00 per person, and can be paid for at the time of registration.

USAT members must present their membership card along with a valid photo ID at packet pick-up, or they will be required to purchase a one day license. If you have recently purchased an annual membership, you may go the USA Triathlon website and print a temporary card which will suffice for the event.

You may apply the $10.00 you pay for a one day license to the annual fee if you send in a copy of a cancelled check and/or the receipt from the one day license.
