Boulder Kids Triathlon

: Individual; $30 January 1 – May 15; $35 May 16 – August 4; $40 August 5 - August 8; NON-USAT Members please add $5; Family Member Discount – Mail in Entries only; Families entering more than one child in a race will pay the current price for the first entrant and may take a $3 discount for each additional immediate family entry. All entry forms must be received in the same envelope on or before 8/1/08. A separate signed entry form is required for each athlete and both sections at the bottom of the waiver must be completed (athlete signature optional).

: In accordance with USA Triathlon requirements all youth competitors must hold an annual USAT license. Cost is $5.00 per year. Sign up on the USAT website before registering or pay the $5 USAT fee with your race registration - we will handle the rest. With this one-time payment, youth triathletes are eligible to compete in all triathlons for the remainder of their annual membership year.; If the participant is already a member, enter the membership number on the appropriate space provided on the registration form.
: The event is limited to the first 500 entrants
The Boulder Kids Triathlon is not a timed event; as such, there is no first, second or third place. All participants receive the same finisher/award medal. This is designed to emphasize participation vs. competition.
Packet-pick up will be on Friday, August 8th, location to be determined. Details will be posted as plans are finalized

No refunds will be made for any reason. Entry fees cannot be transferred to other persons or applied toward future 5430 sports events. Selling your race entry slot is strictly prohibited by 5430 Sports and USA Triathlon rules.
There is no rain date for the event. In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster, acts of god, acts of war or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns. Under such circumstances, there will be absolutely no refunds or transfer of entries to future 5430 Sports events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for all.
